Easy Stores provides an online marketplace connecting customers with local merchants. We facilitate: • Product listings and discovery • Order processing and payments • Delivery coordination • Customer support We are an intermediary platform and do not directly sell products or provide delivery services.

When you create an account, you agree to: • Provide accurate and current information • Maintain the security of your password • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). • Prices may vary by merchant and are subject to change • Delivery fees are calculated based on location and order value • Payment is required at time of order or upon delivery (COD) • We do not store complete credit card information Refunds are processed according to our Returns Policy.

You agree not to: • Use the platform for illegal purposes • Impersonate others or provide false information • Interfere with platform operations or security • Harass or abuse merchants, couriers, or other users • Attempt to circumvent platform fees • Post false reviews or ratings

Easy Stores is not liable for: • Product quality (merchant responsibility) • Delivery delays beyond our control • Third-party content or links • Indirect or consequential damages Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.

For any disputes: • First, contact our customer support team • We will attempt to resolve issues within 14 days • If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to mediation • These terms are governed by Egyptian law • Courts in Egypt have exclusive jurisdiction
